Reflecting on 2025

2024 was a year of transitions. I changed how I work, what I build, and how I think about technology.

Building in public

I started sharing my work earlier and more openly. It felt uncomfortable at first, but the feedback loop was invaluable. People pointed out things I never would have noticed on my own.

Going deeper on AI

This was the year I went from experimenting with AI to building real products with it. The gap between demo and production is enormous, and bridging it taught me a lot. Building the proper systems to really become great at what I want to do is necessary. I'm all into what I love. hardcore and elite is necessary. It will always be.

What I'd do differently

I spent too long on projects that didn't matter and not enough time on the ones that did. Next year, I want to be more intentional about where I put my energy.
