This year taught me more than I expected. Here are the lessons that stuck.
Shipping beats perfection
The projects I'm most proud of this year are the ones I shipped fast and iterated on — not the ones I spent months polishing before anyone saw them.
Say no more often
Every yes is a no to something else. I got better at protecting my time and energy for the things that actually matter.
Write more, consume less
Writing forced me to clarify my thinking in a way that reading never did. Even if nobody reads it, the act of writing is worth it.
